Anthony has been teaching British Sign Language in a variety of settings for five years. He graduated with a PGCE in 2016 and a Certificate in Teaching in 2015. He also graduated in 2008 from Sheffield Hallam University with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Coaching in his final Year.
Since graduating he has founded one of the largest independent coaching companies in Northern Ireland, where he coaches a range of ages and abilities. It was as result of his coaching that his interest in teaching BSL started and he has since set up and taught in a range of environments.
He currently works with approximately 20 schools per year coaching tennis and teaching BSL (sign language) classes. He has recently launched a ‘Tennis and Sign’ programme that has proved very successful and is something he hopes to build on and progress.
Anthony is a passionate teacher and looks forward to giving young people more opportunities to learn BSL either on or off court!
